COVID measurements
Safety of our guests is the most important for us therefore we changed many procedures to make sure our guests and staff stay safe. Every group has one raft and guide (the minimum group size is 2 people). There is no mix between groups. Hand sanitizers, masks, and health declarations are part of the trip. There is no necessity to wear a mask while on the river or on the trekking path. As recommended by WHO masks must be worn in transportation, inside buildings, and crowded places.
Check out our summary of COVID Guest policies:
– Before the trip, Groups must confirm that they do not require physical distancing.
– Every guest must complete waivers.
– Guests and staff wear masks in our facility and bus or hotels, but not on the river or trekking path.
– Guests must use the provided hand-sanitizer at the entry point.
– Guests are not mixed with other booking groups.
– Raft and trekking guides maintain physical distance (other than in the rescue situation).
– After the rafting trip, guests remove their equipment into a bing for cleaning.
