We offer trips all year round, although some of our offers vary by season. Dates & frequency are based on demand.
In general, October to December and March to June are the two trekking seasons. However, there are some treks like Dolpo and Upper Mustang that can be done all year round.
The beast season for rafting and kayaking is from midSeptember to the end of November and from March to June, but there are some rivers that can be run all year round.
In summer, between June & August.
YES! Nepal is an extremely mellow and friendly country that welcomes tourists.
Our trips are all inclusive and tailored to your abilities and needs. Nepal is for everyone and no specific fitness level or previous experience is required to join our adventures.
The possible itineraries are endless. We plan your adventure based on your group (solo, children, elderly, etc.), your timeframe, your needs, your goals and your budget, i.e. do you prefer simple accommodations or something more luxurious. If we were to throw out numbers without knowing the above, then they would not be very precise. We pride ourselves in our competitive, accessible rates.

Absolutely. Combining trekking, sightseeing and paddling lets you see the country from different angles.
We ask that you pay a deposit, 50% of the total price, to reserve the trip. You can do so over PayPal, a secure and easy payment service.
Cancellation of any booking must be in writing and is subject to the following charges:
(a) Cancellation more than one month before the holiday: loss of deposit
(b) Cancellation less than one month before the holiday: loss of 70 % cost of holiday
(c) No refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.
We will meet you at the airport, assuming we don’t fly together from Europe. We will also get you back to the airport for your departure.
While you are welcome to bring your own trekking, camping or paddling gear, we can provide you with everything you’ll need. Please bring appropriate clothing for your trip. Feel free to ask us for suggestions on what to bring.
Please pay the remaining amount no later than a month before your departure date.
